Judgment House

We've been on recess from Judgment House until Saturday and have enjoyed the down time to rest, relax and recharge.  Today I made it to PriceSmart and the grocery store.  

The upcoming weekend will be busy as not only do we have Judgment House on Saturday and Sunday, but we have dinner with our IDEM group on Friday night and I have a baby shower on Saturday morning.  I'm on dessert duty for Friday night and have to take treats on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, so I've have to find time to bake (or buy) goodies.

Prayer Request Update

It's been a week since Stephen hurt his back, and he has been a very good patient.  Thankfully, his it seems to feel a little better each day.  Please continue to pray for him as we have a campaign that starts a week from Saturday.  Of course, a campaign means that he will be responsible for the inflatable which equals loading, hauling, unloading, lifting, setting up, rolling up, loading, repeat.  At this point, he will be limited to driving the inflatable around and overseeing the work.   We are specifically praying that God will provide strong, willing volunteers to do the work so he can continue to recover. 

  

Quiet Days

We've had a restful week since we returned to El Salvador.  We're back in the swing of things with our normal church activities including IDEM (Discipleship 2), Thursday night church and Sunday morning church.  I have Hilo, Aguja y Biblia this Saturday and Jeff/Stephen are taking the inflatables to an activity on Sunday afternoon.

William Flores, our worship pastor, has been on vacation since we got back so Stephen's "band" has not been playing.  William will be back on August 1, but we leave for the mission trip in Costa Rica on August 2 so Stephen's music vacation will be extended for another week.

In the meantime, we're enjoying the rest!
